Sanmitra Sahakari Bank Ltd. is a co-operative bank that was founded in 1972. Its administrative head office is located in Pune, India.

It has a network of branches, primarily in the Pune district. The bank is governed by the Banking Regulation Act 1949 (A.A.C.S) sec (CCV).

The bank has been in operation for over four decades and has grown its services to include modern banking features like RTGS, NEFT, ATM facilities, . It has a history of profitability and has been graded in the 'A' category by its Statutory Auditor for many years.
